Blue Sky is the work-home to a small, wonderfully creative group of humans, founded by the team behind Deciens Capital. We created the kind of space we wanted to work in ourselves—one that elevates how people show up each day through thoughtful design, inspiring surroundings, and meaningful connections. Now, we're building a larger community of innovators who call Albuquerque home.
At the moment, we're looking for four more members who are curious, creative, and believe collaboration is good for the soul. We welcome people who love what they do and are always striving to grow.
Whether you're building a business, working remotely, creating art, or launching something new, Blue Sky is a place to focus deeply, connect authentically, and do your best work. Shared Office
Are you looking for a permanent spot to get it all done? Dedicated desks in our shared office are available to create an inspiring working environment. They include a Herman Miller Chair, motorized standing desk and lockable storage.

Private Meeting Space
To support our coworking community and the general public, we’ll have a large board room style conference room that seats 14 available for booking. We also have two small rooms one that fits 1-3 and one for up to 6 that includes full AV.
